As more & and more people are using mobile devices & tablets.
A responsive layout would be nice. The current HTML alternative just won't do it anymore.

Not sure I really mind about the HTML mode's layout and appearance.
I think one of the most important things is that Google be able to index the images and display them in its image search.

Important thing for me:
- Pagination - have options that show pictures in image browser (every picture new image browser), and other option that show pictures in some efffects (for example Thickbox, Lightbox etc.). I need this because of sponsors (banners) - more image browsers (pictures view) more banner view.



And generaly maybe you may think about some WordPress plugin for Imagevue

Why is it so important with pagination if I may ask? We will not be creating a html gallery with the focus on have many page-loads ... Image browser? There will naturally be the choice of a lightbox solution to view images ... Not quite sure what you mean with "every picture new image browser" though ... An image can open in a lightbox, but it will not lead to the page reloading so not sure how that can lead to more banner views.

Thanks, I took a look at them all. The last one perhaps I liked the best, some nice technology going on, although the interface is kinda happening everywhere. Also, these are not so effective on smaller screens ...

We released a major release with brand new mobile version not very long ago, and new subversions are popping up. Sorry, it is not just a matter of a few months to initiate and launch a brand new html5 version along with a new admin that will take everything and everyone by storm, and in the same process ditch everything else we have up until now. Yes we do have it lined up, but no sorry there is no immediate launch date. It will not be this year ...
