I post my problem once again here, because no one could help me.

Since one day, I can no longer log into the admin section. after input of admin / admin, I get directly into the admin section for login again.
To erase the user.php does not help.. chmod777 is correct.
I'm also getting a bit disappointed by the support. just one feedback, and then I heard nothing more.

perhaps someone in this forum can help me.

Sorry about that, we are operating on a very small scale and the new year was a busy time for me so I couldn't take a look yet. I will be glad to help once you get the login working again.
