I have created a new folder with latin letters and then i edit the title in greek language ex. "Ελληνικά" I can see the title in admin panel in Greek, i can not see the title in menu in visitor view. It just shows a space bar gap.

Also i have a specific image folder for an unexplained reason the specific images do not shows either in admin and visitor mode.

You are using the Gardener theme that is using custom pixel fonts, unfortunately this font supports only latin characters. You can either switch to another theme or edit the Gardener CSS to use another font.

Go to edit your theme, Style -> stylesheet, select the universal_font.css in the dropdown instead of the default imagevue.css.
