I will get Nick to take a look, but I am assuming we my need FTP to diagnose this issue. At least a link ...
Did you upload all files? It says it cant load the following file:
http://www.andrzejart.pl/test28/iv-incl ... .class.php
Either the file is not there, or there are some permissions so that the file is not accessible from the web.

I have patched the gallery on your server but didn't properly investigated what is causing it yet. Will try to look into it tomorrow again.

Hi Its was problem with my ftp upload software( total commander) Now its ok. I did used Flash fxp. All working great, thanks a lot.

I wonder how come that routing.inc.php file from iv-includes got in iv-admin folder? Please don't replace files again.
