I think I can answer for Arthur here: 100%. Only a few minor changes in X2.8.2 that would not affect any functionality of Powerpack 2.2.

Hello.

Yes, the v2.2 of PowerPack is fully compatible with imagevue X2.8.2.

jm26200, I don't know whether I understand well, but if you want to set "News" in the menu, you should go to your imagevue admin panel:
Admin Panel -> Settings -> PowerPack -> News Module -> Standalone News Folder
and set there the text folder path that you have created for the news.

Hello.
Sorry for late reply

I can see your post in few threads, so, first of all, which version of PP are you using, and which version of imagevue?

Also the link to the gallery would be helpfull.

Dear Arthur

I'm using PP latest version downloaded from your website and ImagevueX 2.8.2 - Trial.

I can see that powerPack is installed correctly. The only one thing is that you are using default gallery theme : "Carbonizer", so you will not be able to change CSS settings, because all default themes are not editable anyway.
This is not a big deal, you can use powerPack without editing CSS (With Default themes, the CSS is automatically adopted by PowerPack).

However, if you wish to edit CSS styles for powerPack (fonts colors, text sizes, etc...) you have to create your own gallery theme in the imagevue admin panel.

Arthur

I created my own theme by copying Carbonizer theme.

Now I want to customize following :

1. Footer Text alignment to Center instead left align. I tried al lthe three Bottom align options but there is no Bottom Center.

2. I want to change the text which is appearing just above the image.

3. I want to remive /IV-Admin >>Imagevue Admin so that no one should be able to login.

3. Further I want to change Color of part of Text in Footer like your website has.

4. Further I want Menu's to appear just below the Logo instead of covering the logo.

As of now these are the customizations I want to do. Could you please help me in this ?

1.
Go to Theme settins -> Edit Stylesheet
Locate the line of the code:
Code
.powerpack_footer{
}
and replace it with this:
Code
.powerpack_footer{
text-align: center;
}

2.
Wich text precisely? Is this the text apearing together with the image? Title or description?
If so, then you can also change this in Theme settins -> Edit Stylesheet, and locate the style depends on what text you want to modify.

3.
It's because You still have defaut "admin" account. Create your own custom acconut - user name and password, and after that delete default "admin" account.

4.
The same answer as in the nr.1.
Code
.powerpack_footer{
color: #666666;
}
change color number to whatever you want.

5.
I don't understand. Your gallery logo is already on the top, and the menu below the logo.
You mean the menu background perhaps? If so, then as far as I know, it's impossible (you'll need to ask Karl or Nick, to be sure).

Dear Arthur

Regarding my Question # 2 :

See this image and see the Text in RED Outlined Box. I want to change this to something else. How to do this ?

Re : Q # 3 :

I want to change part of Footer Text to appear as it is currently and part with different color as it is appearing on your website. For example :

© 2012, Rakesh Gupta. All Right Reserved.

See above. I want Bold Text to appear in differnt color than other text.

Re : Q#4 :

See the attachment. As of now menu is appearing below the logo but the background Box is overlapping the menu which I don't want and want that Box to start at the bottom of logo.

Some of these questions are not related to the Powerpack plugin.

I believe this has been answered here:

What exactly do you mean "background box"? You mean your logo is overlapping the menu? You should export your logo as 24-bit png so that it doesnt have any background at all. Optionally, you can increase the vertical offset of the menu, but this should not be necessary. Also, what setting are you using for the logo? You should be using settings -> menu.mainmenu.menu_logo.

Yes. then you can write footer text as html code. Example (with red color):
Code
© 2012, <font color="#FF0000">Rakesh Gupta</font>. All Right Reserved.
Of course, you can combine font color, size, decorations etc...:
Code
© 2012, <font color="#FF0000" size=18><b><u><i>Rakesh Gupta</i></u></b></font>. All Right Reserved.
