Hi, I have a site with imagevue 2.7. I use Internet Explorer 9 and Windows 7 64 bits. Sometimes, when I open an image in a popup the site just hangs. I must close the site. Sometime I receive an error message saying that there a flash script error.
In Firefox and Chrome everything is ok.

This I don't know ... Perhaps you should try to upgrade to Imagevue X2.8? We upgraded the popup method in this version amongst other things.

Ok, but it's possible to upgrade to the 2.8 version, and keeps all the configurations and so on? Thank you.

So, I have done the update to version 2.8. Everything went well, but my problem still remains: when open an image in popup the site hangs. I must refresh the site.

I know now that in IE9 64 bits everything is ok. The problem is on IE9 32 bits.

Any ideias?

EDIT: on IE9 32 bits the problem is permanent. On IE9 64 bits the problems is random.

This I cannot confirm. We have, I would say several thousand visitors on Internet Explorer both 32-bit and 64-bit. Also, the new version does not use the normal popup, but an entirely new lightbox version. May I see a link to your gallery please?
