My site will only start if we in : www. / jacquemod.com / imagevue. Which file I must add to the root for my site starts with the address: www.jacquemod.com ?

Sorry, but I really don't understand your question. If I click your link, I am redirected to http://jacquemod.com/imagevue/ ...

It does not matter if I click with www or non-www, it still forwards to the same location. Try yourself:
www.jacquemod.com
http://jacquemod.com/

They both redirect to the same location, where Imagevue is running. What is the problem?
