Contact Form Send Button Missing

I have just upgraded to the latest version, and strangely the send button on the contact form has disappeared.
Where can I find the controls for this?

I just tried changing the theme to a standard included and the send button comes back, so must be to do with the modified theme.

Yes, it could be related to the theme ... Looks like it works ok now with another theme. If you want, please give me the name of your custom theme so I can take a look anyway ... I can just append it to your URL ?theme=themeName and see what I can make out of it ... I assume it might be related to fonts, although it is strange that the button vanishes ...

This is related to the font-size somehow, and the flash textfield can't adapt properly to contain the increased form height ...

I'm having the same vanishing submit button problem, but its invisible regardless of any default themes used.
I was using the default Gardner theme for quite sometime before it happened. Currently using version 2.6.4, perhaps upgrading may fix this.

Updated to 2.7.5.2 and send button still missing....BUT...found out why.
The image I was using on the contact form was too damn wide so it pushed the send button outside of the form!
shrunk image down and submit button is new viewable!! my bad! haha..
