I get error 500 when uploading.. any ideas?

Upgrade to 2.7 from 2.2 fixed my problem.

i was already upgraded...

am trying again having deleted directory and going to install in a different dir.

i took off safe mode and it works!!

Just wanted to say that usualy it's some server issue, Suhosin, Mod_Security or as it was in this case - Safe Mode. If there is nothing suspicious - the uploader works.

Hello, I have same problem about uploading images in admin interface. I installed Imagevuex 2.7.5.2 to my webhosting. Uploading images to FTP is no problem. In Admin Interface uploading does not work.

Why? Please help me.

Will need a link and login to your admin to diagnose. .What size images are you uploading? You can't upload large size images without using the resize feature ... Your server most likely does not support this.

And did you set permissions as explained in the quickstart guide?
