errors in admin panel

Everytime I enter the admin panel, i have 3 - 5 errors listed between site title and main admin menu:
In diag section all fine and no errors indicated.
What it the broblem with hoster? All site working correctly and admin panel too. but only these errors..Warning: include_once() [function.include-once]: Unable to allocate memory for pool. (/iv-admin/index.php:34)
