Menu item not active

There is a bug in the linking system. Imagevue uses this link:
https://www.photo.gallery/demo/x2/#/content/Fancy/
But if you want to send someone this link, the menu item is not active. But if you change the link a littlebit, like this:
https://www.photo.gallery/demo/x2/#content/Fancy/ then the menu item is active. Why is this, is it possible to fix this?

You are right ... I will look into fixing this for next release Imagevue X2.6 this month.

Also one other thing related to the same thing. If you don't have the menu on autohide, then you have to move the mouse over the menu to have the active menu change, you can see it when you click on an internal link in the gallery, the active menu is not changed before hovering over the menu.

Is there any chance of this fix, I have noticed that this has been fixed with thumbnail position. When you have more than 1 page of thumbnails in the thumbnail view, and you go to a image which is on page 2 of thumbnails you go there when you switch to thumbnail view. This hasn't been fixed for the menu, that when you give someone the link to an image or gallery, the menuitem is not active. Is this not possible to fix? And also about the expanding to the menuitem automatically so when you hover over the menu you see the exact position. I hope you understand what I mean

I have now fixed so that the current menu item is active(state) when gallery is accessed through a direct link. This will be available in an imminent update of X2.7 beta. Thanks for pointing out the issue ...
Expanding menu to active menu item will have to wait ...

I have downloaded it, but still the same with the current menu item.
It's still the same, I have to take this away, like this:

Now the only thing left is to auto expand the menu to the current menu item. Is there any info on the timeframe of this feature?
