That's because their size may exceed the http-upload LIMIT set by your server, which in many cases is set to 2MB. To get around this, you have two options:

1. The easy solution is to log in to FTP, and upload your mp3 files through FTP instead.

2. The other option is to request your server-admin / hosting to increase the limit of http upload.

I had the same problem. Then I uploaded the mp3 via FTP and I got the following errors in my mp3 folder. It doesn't really matter because the music plays, but might be interesting for anyone who understands this.

No errors or problems anymore after installing the current version.
