Would it be too much to ask to have a detailed graphic as to what is needed to change the font color

What is the font called so that I can change it from white...so frustrating to not be able to find the info for such a simple thing. A simple graphic to show what is what would keep the messages down by the the hundreds....

ALL font colors (and styles) are set in your theme CSS stylesheet -
http://imagevuex.com/documentation/cssreference/ Since you are operating with the main menu, it would be any of the classes with the .mainmenu_* in front. Seems like one of them was forgotten when you were converting your theme.
