Imagevue is a complicated creature, with all elements stacked in depths and aligned so that they hopefully do not overlap or intersect even on different screen resolutions. The same goes for the preloader, as it is added outside of the image and may not display if the image takes full screen. How many kb are your images? Since imagevue preloads "next" image in line (while current image is being viewed), we did not deem it strictly necessary to have a visual preloader overlapping images. Especially in this day and age when a 250kb image loads in 1 second on most DSL+ connections.

hey there
the images are between 300- 800kb because of the size: 1650px with so i have to experiment a little bit around with the resolution settings. but it would be great to have the loading bar in future releases positionable like M, BL, BR, and so on.. would be also great to have the menu only hided when displaying the images, and stay on the screen when displaying text or contact pages... thanks a lot, t |

Yes I agree, it would be nice to be able to position the loadbar, also choose from a few types (percentage/circle and more).
