it was work when i using 2.7.1!

Sorry for delay, yes this is suhosin preventing images from being uploaded on your server. HTML uploader works fine. Unfortunately our usual method of disabling it using .htaccess from https://www.photo.gallery/v2docs/troubleshooting doesn't work on your server. You need to contact your hosting sup...
