These were in the .htaccess file for gallery folder, removing cleared my EXIF and mbstring errors.
Imagevue is now successfully building thumbnails.

I checked phpini and noticed both extensions were in fact enabled. I did some more digging and noticed some weird entries in the htaccess file. I removed them and all is good now Thanks for the reply.

Is it possible to embed a YouTube video or FLV to replace the gallery homepage static image? To achieve this, simply add a single FLV video to your start folder and use it as plain gallery.
