Description
Sets the colors of the attributes on
thumbnail rollover. The 2 values are to set the color the the background and the text of the attributte
elements. When set to
bgcol or
textcol, the colors are inherited from the main
bgcol and
textcol colorscheme features. You can also use any custom colorvalue.

Notes
It is recommended to use the default
bgcol/textcol settings if you want to change the color - Not only are you guaranteed color
consistency and contrast, but when you change the main colorscheme
