Description
Enables or disables automatic opening of imageVue in a popup window when user is on low screen resolution(800x600).

Notes

Not strictly required, as a vertical scrollbar is created in the browser on low resolutions. However, opening imageVue in a popup window when resolution is 800x600 enables the user to view the entire imageVue gallery without the need to scroll.
